This is a pivotal role requiring proven expertise in managing substantial housing projects. The successful candidate will proactively lead the delivery of the site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at every stage.Key Attributes We Are Looking For:Proven experience overseeing large-scale residential housing projects.Ability to oversee Health and Safety on site, ensuring collective ownership by all stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
