We are seeking a dedicated, professional Snagging Foreperson to take full ownership of snagging activities, inspections and closeout across multiple Dublin-based sites. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Contracts Manager and will ensure all finishes are delivered to the highest standard, defects are logged and resolved in a timely fashion, and project handovers are supported with minimal disruption to clients. Key Responsibilities as a Snagging Foreperson: Snag Management -Conduct structured walkthroughs and develop digital snag lists using Procore and Excel. Maintain accurate, clear, and updated records. Must be competent in excel and Procore. Coordination -Liaise daily with customers, Contract Managers, site managers and subcontractors to close out snags efficiently across multiple sites. Coordinate trades to address outstanding items. Inspection & QA -Review finishes against drawings, client specs, and Clancy quality standards. Monitor for recurring issues and advise on resolution. Multi-Site Coverage -Travel between sites (with Clancy Van) as required. Candidate must have a full clean driving licence and be flexible in scheduling across active Dublin projects. Client-Facing Support -This position is Client facing, must be able to facilitate client needs, communicate with clients in live environments, Represent Clancy during client walkthroughs and snag reviews. Communicate clearly, courteously, and confidently. Professional Conduct -Maintain a clean, trustworthy, and professional approach at all times, particularly in live environments such as healthcare or occupied buildings. Reporting & Documentation Provide weekly progress updates and completion logs to the Site Management Team. Competent use of Procore, Excel, tablets, and digital snagging apps required. Qualifications / Experience: Experience: 5+ years in the construction industry, with 2+ years in finishing/snagging supervision. Technical: Ideally a tradesperson, able to address small snags, Proficient in Procore and Excel Knowledge of finishes (painting, joinery, M&E interfaces, final cleaning, etc.) Certifications: Valid Safe Pass Manual Handling First Aid/MEWP/IPAF/Working at Heights (beneficial) Transport: Full clean Irish Driving Licence (essential) Ability to travel across Dublin sites as required.
