Residential Childcare Services Location: Wexford Area (nationwide travel required) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Reports to: Director of Services TerraGlen is inviting applications for an Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of safe, consistent and child-centred care across our Residential Childcare Centres.
This senior role ensures strong governance, coordinated service delivery and positive outcomes for young people.
Role Overview The Operations Manager provides day-to-day oversight of all centres, supports Centre Managers, ensures compliance with National Standards, and works closely with TUSLA, inspection teams and clinical partners.
You will visit each centre at least twice per month and act as Deputy for the Director of Services when required.
