Kdm Construction Ltd is looking for a skilled Finishing Foreman to join our team on our site development in Athlone.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
Responsible for day to day running of contracts including but not limited to:
* Management of team operatives on site;
* Management of Subcontractors on site;
* Involvement in planning weekly works;
* You will manage H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained and;
* You will ensure quality of work.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Trade background
* Great opportunities to progress
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects undertaken or assigned.
* Accuracy and attention to detail mandatory.
* Be proficient in the English language with the ability to understand instructions from and communicate with site team.
* A clean international driving licence.
