Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Professional to develop and grow the Ireland region by identifying and selling technology solutions to the construction infrastructure services market.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for sales performance, including revenue and profit targets.
* Manages regional budgets and maintains customer relations.
* Strategic Planning: Develops and implements a strategic territory sales plan, plans sales activity daily, weekly, and monthly, and reports using CRM.
* Opportunity Management: Identifies, manages, and closes new and existing opportunities within the region.
* Collaborates with OEM and Strategic Sales to identify new business opportunities.
* Product Demonstration: Demonstrates the features and benefits of construction infrastructure products to customers.
* Consultative Sales: Performs key account management to build positive relationships with leading customers.
* Forecasting: Delivers regular and accurate sales forecasts.
* Goal Achievement: Works diligently to achieve company objectives and goals.
* Market Analysis: Monitors and reports on market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical-related discipline or HND in a related field.
* Relevant experience in a construction technology-related discipline, with previous field sales experience preferred.
* Strong ability to successfully sell products and services.
* Ability to set priorities appropriate for short and long-term objectives.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and take disciplined risks.
