Job Title: Team Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional person-centred services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing services by supporting team leaders and staff teams, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the Service Plan for each service area. As Person in Charge (PIC) for specific locations, they will provide leadership and direction, coordinating efforts to ensure effective delivery of services.
The Team Manager will support team leaders and staff teams, being responsible for the overall operational management of specified locations. With PIC responsibilities, they will ensure that the service meets regulatory requirements as outlined in the Health Act 2007. They will work closely with the Service Coordinator/Area Manager to deliver services efficiently and effectively.
