You'll head up a small, senior Solutions Consulting team that sits right at the intersection of commercial strategy and deep tech.

commercially.
You'll manage, mentor, and grow your team — but you'll still stay close to the action: presenting, designing, problem-solving, and winning deals.

What You'll Do
* Lead and develop two high-performing Solutions Consultants across EMEA.
* Partner with Sales Leadership to make pre-sales a growth engine — not a support function.
* Own the client-facing story: demos, PoVs, and technical solution proposals that close deals.
* Turn complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that work in the real world.
* Act as the trusted advisor sales and clients rely on through every stage of the journey.
* Feed insights back into Product and Engineering, helping shape what's next.
What You Bring
* Proven leadership experience — you've managed or mentored technical or pre-sales professionals.
* 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales for complex SaaS or platform solutions.
* Strong mix of technical depth and commercial savvy — fluent in both code and conversation.
* Confident communicator — you know how to simplify, persuade, and inspire.
* Based in or around Dublin, with the ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite).
