Senior Underwriting Manager Role

* Develops comprehensive underwriting frameworks aligned with the company's risk appetite, underwriting appetite, limits management, and emerging risks.
* Ensures uniformity in underwriting strategy, standards, and philosophy across all teams through strategic planning, business planning, and overall management.
* Monitors detailed performance metrics, quality reviews, and underwriting results to assess loss ratios.
Key Responsibilities:
