Facilities Coordinator Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Facilities Coordinator. The role involves managing the facilities function and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of the facilities function, ensuring all aspects are well-managed.
* Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Set up and support meeting rooms according to client requirements, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
* Conduct site inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents.
* Maintain accurate reporting through regular updates and operational reports.
Ideal Candidate:
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Previous customer service experience with a professional approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluent in English.
* Flexibility to work flexible hours as required.
