This is a new and exciting postnatal community midwifery service development for mothers and babies for up to 6 weeks postnatally. These hubs will provide a point of contact for women in the fourth trimester within the catchment area of Counties Louth, Meath and North Dublin. The post of CMM 2 in the postnatal hub will have a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership.
