Key Responsibilities Include:
M&E coordination on assigned projects within the region in collaboration with fellow team members under the direction of the Regional Director.
Ensure timely delivery of projects without defects, meeting tender budget constraints while upholding quality standards.
Oversee the execution of design-build projects to fulfil client specifications as needed.
Supervise, oversee, and provide assistance to the site management team regarding M&E components to ensure alignment with program schedules, quality benchmarks, budget constraints and tender margins.
Always uphold rigorous health and safety standards across all projects.
Facilitate dispute resolution procedures if necessary.
Prepare contractual claims when deemed necessary.
You Will Have:
A relevant 3rd level qualification.
At least 3 years' experience in building services coordination in Ireland.
Experience in report writing, planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
