More than 23 years in business we are continuously striving to grow and strengthen our team to the ultimate best in class.Due to continuous expansion, Tritech Group are seeking a permanent Electrical Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site from initiation to completion. This candidate will report directly to the Group Electrical Director.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating with clients, contractors, estimators, quantity surveyor, sub-contractors, engineers, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed according to plans and scheduling criteriaCommunicating with clients to keep them informed of project status and potential issues.Planning and management of personnel on site and tracking and reporting on progress and production/output levelsCarry out the necessary design reviews to ensure that installations are fit for purpose. Complete VE process in conjunction with Engineering teamOversee the contracting process with chosen sub-contractors and ensuring all works are carried out correctly and as per contract and specification.Manage and report all project financial elements in conjunction with commercial department. Close out project successfully and to budgeted profit levels.Managing the bidding process for projects to ensure that they adhere to company standards.Ensuring that all work complies with relevant codes and practicesAttendance at all projects related and management meetings. Host and record internal project team reviews/Meetings and review with Ops DirectorCarry out surveys of installations and report accordinglyEnsure that Inspection, testing, commissioning and witnessing plans are designed and implemented in line with project specific requirements in line withPreparing detailed project plans and schedules for to follow.Evaluate overall project performance on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.Procurement of subcontract, plant and materials in conjunction with the procurement department. Take full responsibility for achieving commercial buying targets.Ensure subcontract/plant scopes are prepared to ensure that there are no grey areas in the package and to ensure that risks are offsetLiaise with client & management team on an ongoing basis to ensure scope of works is delivered & shareholders requirement are met.Issue Management and clients with project progress reports on a regular basis and attend management project review meetings.Be responsible for implementing Tritech Group Health and Safety Procedures, and reporting to the Company's Head of Health and Safety as requiredFamiliar with Modern Methods of Construction, Lean construction and sustainable/ Environmentally friendly installation solutionsBackground, experience & skills Experience:Relevant third level qualification in Building Services Engineering or similar qualificationMinimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment essentialProven ability of managing and delivering of large projectsGood Leadership Skills to motivate and direct a teamExcellent IT and Technical SkillsExcellent communication and organisation skillsPackage Will Be In Line With Qualifications And Experience.Tritech is an equal opportunity employer.By applying for a position with Tritech Engineering and forwarding your details included in your Curriculum Vitae, you are consenting to Tritech Engineering processing your data in line with data protection law, namely the Data Protection Act (2018) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
