Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
* Exceptional team leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
