Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist
This role is responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Maintain accurate personnel records within the HR system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
* Assist with employee training, track progress, and maintain training records for CSRD reporting purposes.
* Conduct induction training, develop and implement training programs, and create career development plans.
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling, and ensure proper documentation.
* Prepare HR reports, CSRD reports, and workforce analytics, adhering to company policies and best practices.
* Support audits and data reporting as required, and assist in developing employee wellbeing initiatives.
Divisional Superuser Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HR, project teams, and IT to define system requirements, configure settings, and customize the HRIS to meet divisional needs.
* Lead system testing efforts, ensuring features function correctly and troubleshooting issues as modules are implemented.
* Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and Finance decision making, regulatory compliance, and organizational needs.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS users, responding to inquiries and resolving system functionality issues.
