Responsibilities:
1. Managing the Business Support Team including the Recruitment Administrator
2. Managing a team of 6
3. Overseeing the team's mailboxes
4. Managing workload and annual leave cover
5. Providing guidance and support
6. Conducting 1-2-1 meetings and team meetings
7. Managing the requisition system
8. Ensuring a smooth running of the office, including stationary orders
9. Overseeing the induction/new starter process
10. Running various sales reports
11. Coordinating diaries for the departments, ensuring that room bookings and lunch orders are managed
