If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growingcompany.Role Requirements and Responsibilities:• Ability to work closely with onsite, in-house and business partner teams.• Ensuring that customer expectations are met.• Adhering to health, safety and environmental policies always.• Improving onsite service delivery processes and policies and preparation of methodologystatements.• Managing the day-to-day activities of the Mechanical teams via the Team leads / supervisors• Keeping team leads / supervisors informed on delivery dates, process improvements,training requirements etc• Manage Overtime, annual leave, sick pay approval requests.• Complete Annual reviews.• Manage Recruitment needs.• Manage Block release / paperwork of apprentices if when required.• H&S compliance / uniform boots etc.• Manage Training• Manage KPI's / Output targets.• Attend meetings, daily, weekly as requested with clear up to date data.• Assisting the Production manager in Managing Project Progress• Liaising with Procurement to assist Team leads in meeting targets• Liaising with Engineering and Design to ensure adherence to quality expectations• Mentoring and Coaching of Team Leads and team members• Involvement in developing Lean initiatives, process improvements and SOP'sExperience, Qualifications and Skills• Excellent Knowledge of switchgear manufacturing and electrical schematics• Fully Qualified/Craft Mechanical Certified with min 5 years' experience post qualification.• People management experience minimum 2 years.• Excellent troubleshooting abilities• Excellent organisational and communication skills• Quality driven with excellent attention to detail to ensure the best-in-class product.• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SS, proficient.
