Position: Graduate Business Engineer – Railway & Energy Sectors

Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Build and manage a team of consultants, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Business Development: Identify and develop new client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and contribute to strategic planning.
* Consultant Management: Support the professional development of your team, ensuring alignment with IKOS standards and values.
* Client Engagement: Attend meetings and site visits across Ireland and internationally as required.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)
* Approximately two years of relevant professional experience
* Strong interest in business development and leadership
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Proactive and growth-oriented mindset
