Job Description We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Field Care Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care support services in the field. Your primary function will be to support the planning and delivery of realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account the individual needs and skills of both service users and workers. You will also carry out regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and evaluations. Additionally, you may participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service user needs.
