Your new role
As a Customer Support Agent within the Customer Care Department, you will be a key operational contact for drivers, providing front-line support for all booking-related and administrative queries. You'll work closely with your team to manage incoming enquiries, direct vehicles to preferred suppliers, and handle a variety of driver-related tasks. This position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll gain valuable experience in customer service, administration, and fleet operations.
This is a fully onsite role and does not offer remote or hybrid working.
Your responsibilities
* Efficiently process and log telephone and case enquiries.
* Direct vehicles to preferred supplier networks for repairs and services.
* Redirect queries to relevant internal teams as needed.
* Process quotations and orders for new vehicles.
* Handle driver-related tasks such as fuel cards, tax discs, and test drive arrangements.
* Support complaint resolution and contribute to improving customer satisfaction ratings.
* Participate in ad hoc projects and general administrative duties.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and drivers by delivering high-quality service.
What you'll need to succeed
* 2+ years' experience in a call centre environment is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A friendly, diplomatic, and professional manner.
* Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
* Previous customer service experience is desirable.
* Experience in the motor or fleet industry is a plus but not required.
