Operational Excellence Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Leader to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
This is a full-time position (45 hours/week) including weekends and public holidays.
* Work closely with the Operations Director to drive strategic planning and budget management.
* Lead and motivate departmental managers and staff in supporting training and development.
* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive sales initiatives.
* Evaluate and maintain compliance with Health & Safety HACCP and company standards.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences at all times.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience as an Operational Excellence Leader in a busy 3*/4* hotel.
* Strong knowledge of food & beverage sales/events and hotel systems.
* Proven track record in people management and achieving operational targets.
* Excellent communication organisation and leadership skills.
