Transport Admin AgentFull-time 40 hours per weekWhat your day will look likeYou will be responsible for prompt query resolution for all customers - Phone / EmailYou will be responsible for your own e-mail inbox and group inbox alsoYou will communicate any issues to various internal departments e.g., transport, warehouse, customer services colleaguesYou will update internal system with details of delivery discrepancies / delivery issues communicated by carriers / driversYou will carry out Customer Billing using correct customer discrepancy codes as per customer SLA's working to billing deadlinesYou will complete Customer Book In's, updating internal systems and advising transport / carrier of detailsYou will create and arrange uplifts and ensure they are completed to customer satisfactionYou will ensure all POD's are returned as per customer SLA - working closely with carriers to ensure sameYou will be responsible for Month End & Period End Close offs as per customer timelinesYou will generate POD reports - work with team to ensure that all POD's are noted and scannedWhat skills do you need for this role?You must be eligible to legally work and reside in IrelandYou will need to be experienced in, or have a good understanding of the Transport industryYou should have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to work at a consistent pace.You should be able to plan and organise your day and work off your own initiative.Strong administrative skillsWe need you to be IT literate across the entire MS suite particularly strong in Excel as this is used continuously in this role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data inputBe very organised in your approach and you will be an analytical thinker.Strong Communication Skills both verbal and writtenAbility to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlinesTeam PlayerFlexible and proactively uses own initiativeCompleter/Finisher - follow through tasks, queries etc. to completion
