Job Title: Senior Commercial Account Handler
About the Role:
* Handle a range of commercial business clients, including renewals, claims, and policy amendments.
* Focus on client retention, managing policies such as Commercial Combined, Liability, Motor Fleet, Cyber, and more.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including the Consumer Protection Code 2012.
About You:
* You will have experience in commercial insurance.
* You must have a minimum APA/CIP qualification (commercial lines).
* You are customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to long-term client relationships.
