You'll play a key role in defining how AI is applied across the platform,with a strong focus on real-world, production-grade solutions rather than experimentation.What you'll doYou'll own the end-to-end design of AI solutions, from strategy through to implementation,ensuring systems are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and compliant within a regulatedenvironment. You will:Lead AI architecture and technical strategy across the platformDesign and build AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and embeddingsPartner closely with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams to deliver customer-facing AI featuresGuide model selection, optimisation, performance, and cost efficiencyEvaluate vendors, tools, and emerging AI technologiesChampion Responsible AI, including ethics, explainability, and regulatory alignmentMentor engineers and promote best practices in AI engineeringWhat we're looking for15+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years at Architecture or Principal levelStrong hands-on experience building LLM-based applicationsDeep knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI system designExperience in SaaS or product-led technology companiesComfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder leadership skillshitectures, and lead the development of next-generation AI-powered products.
