Senior Project Manager Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office (Dublin North)
About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder eCommerce and technical projects.
This role is ideal for someone who has managed other project managers, brings strong technical know-how, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead multiple high-impact projects from planning through execution Oversee internal and external stakeholder alignment and delivery Manage and mentor other project managers Define scope, timelines, and resource plans with cross-functional teams Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure continuous improvement Facilitate clear communication across engineering, sales, operations, and finance Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations Develop scalable, reusable project frameworks and processes What We're Looking For 5+ years in project management, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS Experience managing teams or other project managers PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification Strong technical background and analytical mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders MBA, MSc, or equivalent preferred Change management experience is a bonus Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Solas IT Recruitment by 2x
