Legal PA Top International Firm | Dublin 2 | €50,000 - €55,000 | 3 Days On-Site | Support a Partner & Associate Work 9.30am-5.30am Office near St Stephens Green Role is based in the Employment law team.
Will look at candidates with strong commercial experience in any area.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level PA and operational support to a busy legal team.
Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain excellent attention to detail, and build strong working relationships will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage complex diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements.
Assist in coordinating business development activities Maintain and update key client and sector-related contact lists.
Ensure efficient billing processes, including monitoring pre-bills and tracking supplier invoices.
Support financial reporting and maintain compliance with client-specific requirements.
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with: Previous experience in a Legal PA role within a commercial law firm A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong administrative skills.
