Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality proposal documents that effectively communicate our company's value proposition and showcase our capabilities.
* Collaborate with technical specialists to tailor responses to meet client needs and preferences.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of case studies, templates, and CVs to streamline the proposal development process.
* Conduct interviews with stakeholders at various levels to gain insights into client requirements and preferences.
* Assess tender requirements and formulate compelling responses that address client needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Prior experience in construction/engineering is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
