As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injury. About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with their daily living tasks, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to provide comprehensive support and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
* Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote independence and well-being
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A recognised QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent
* Experience working in a similar environment, preferably with adults/children with complex needs
* A right to work in Ireland/EU passport
