Job Description:
The Strategic Planning Lead will oversee the day-to-day performance of a team, ensuring high-quality timely decisions on all case work in accordance with proper planning and sustainable development.
This role is responsible for leading a team of professionals who are responsible for making robust, legally sound decisions on various cases. The successful candidate will be required to maintain independence in performing functions under relevant Acts or enactments.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in strategic planning. They will be responsible for participating and making decisions on case work as per procedures, consulting with senior management in preparing decision-making procedures, and reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

* Consult with senior management in preparing decision-making procedures.
* Report to senior management and attend meetings when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
Education:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., planning, law, public administration).
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning or a related field.
Skills:
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
