Prime Street is a modern, fast-growing property management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and development properties across Dublin. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and capable Property Manager who wants real autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and genuine long-term growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with some experience in property or facilities management who now wants to step up, take ownership and grow with a company that is scaling fast.
You will become a key member of a small but expanding team, trusted to manage your own tasks and make decisions day-to-day. Because we are growing quickly, the role offers the chance to take on increasing responsibility over time, shape operational processes, and develop into a more senior position as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
* Respond to tenants and resolve issues
* Logging, scheduling, and following up on maintenance and administrative tasks
* Conduct or assist with inspections, viewings, move-ins, and move-outs
* Maintain accurate digital records, including leases, licences, and correspondence
* Support rent collection, service charges, utilities, and basic financial workflows
* Help manage and oversee in house maintenance technicians and cleaners
* Report to asset owners and assist in longer term strategic and development decisions
Operations & Reporting Support
* Assist the Head of Operations with internal and external reporting
* Support document preparation, reconciliations, and follow-ups for property and finance operations
* Learn and apply existing systems such as Yardi and Notion
* Help refine and implement internal systems as the company expands
* Explore new software and solutions to build a tech-first business
Requirements
* 1–5 years' experience in property management, facilities management, lettings, or a similar field (strongly preferred)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to understand contracts, leases, and basic financial reports
* Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Full drivers licence
* Holds PSRA D License or Interest in pursuing a PSRA license and a long-term career in property management (strong preference for existing D License holder)
* Strong commercial awareness
Desirable
* Previous property management experience
* Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs
* Interest in technology/business management outside of property
* A property related degree such as Property Economics or Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency

Pay: €40,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
