Senior Finance Executive - High Growth Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Financial Controller to join our senior management team as a Senior Finance Executive. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of finance, including month-end close, monthly management accounts, and statutory reporting. They will oversee payroll, banking, credit cards, and expenses; manage cash flow and treasury; ensure tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, corporation tax) and audit management; lead a small finance team (currently c.3.5 people); set clear priorities and ways of working; provide practical financial input to support rapid operational growth; maintain financial discipline while managing expansion activities.
