We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team in an acute setting.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute meaningfully to recovery-focused outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention to adults admitted to acute mental health services.
* Support service users in areas such as occupational performance, daily living skills, routine development, and recovery-focused goal setting.
Skills & Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution. You should also possess current CORU registration (mandatory) for working as an OT in Ireland.
1. Experience working within adult mental health services is essential with a focus on either acute or inpatient settings preferred but not mandatory due significant training available.
