About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers, source and screen candidates through various channels, write and post job adverts to attract qualified applicants, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide updates to candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

* Write and post compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a sales-oriented role.
* Experience with CRM software is a plus.
