Our broad line of vascular devices–which includes vessel closure, endovascular and coronary technologies–are used to treat vessel diseases of the heart, carotid arteries, and peripheral blood vessels. These vessel diseases can lead to heart attack, stroke, critical limb ischemia, and other serious vascular conditions.
Main Purpose of the Role
Responsible for supporting procurement activities with a focus on metrics-driven performance management. Ensures procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals. Monitors supplier performance, procurement KPIs, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
* Procurement Metrics Oversight : Tracks and reports on procurement KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance rates.
* Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyzes procurement data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepares dashboards and reports for management review.
* Supplier Performance Monitoring : Supports the evaluation of supplier performance using defined metrics. Assists in developing scorecards and conducting periodic reviews.
* Process Compliance & Audit Support : Ensures procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Supports audits by providing accurate and timely data.
* Continuous Improvement : Participates in initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness through metric-driven insights.
* Stakeholder Collaboration : Works with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align metrics with business objectives.
* System & Record Maintenance : Maintains accurate records of procurement activities, including metrics tracking, supplier evaluations, and cost analyses.
* Support for Strategic Projects : Assists in strategic sourcing and cost-saving projects by providing data and metric-based insights.
What You Bring
* Education/Experience : NFQ Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline and 4+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Technical/Business Knowledge : Working knowledge of procurement systems, data analysis tools, and business practices. Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory environments.
* Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make recommendations based on metrics.
