As a part time team assistant, you will support design leadership and operations by providing comprehensive administrative, financial and project coordination across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive & Team Support:
- Assist the UKI Design Lead and wider team with day-to-day operations.
- Organize travel, onboarding, meetings, events, and general office logistics.
- Maintain communication with CBRE Design Collective globally.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Raise internal and external profile through social media, awards, events and marketing collateral.
- Support team participation in industry events and community engagement.
- Business Development:
- Monitor opportunities (e.g., e-tenders), manage a pitch library, and support proposal creation.
- Coordinate cross-departmental inputs and submission processes.
- Project & Financial Coordination:
- Support live projects with scheduling, document preparation, and client meetings.
- Manage SharePoint, prepare contracts, and assist with resource planning.
- Oversee interim finance tasks including billing, POs, and vendor setup.
- Process & Culture Development:
- Champion best practices, support adoption of new tools (e.g., SharePoint, AI), and foster a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience supporting creative or design-focused teams.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Salesforce; familiarity with design and architectural industry practices.
- Knowledge of real estate is a plus.
