About the Role
Underwrite new business and manage a portfolio in accordance with the underwriting policy, the authorities entrusted, the strategy, processes and tools of the AIG Group; in compliance with the response times agreed with customers.
Responsibilities
Monitor the existing portfolio against market trends and propose corrective actions to improve portfolio growth and profitability;
Work in good coordination with all technical, sales, administrative, marketing and claims teams;
Build and maintain good business relationships with broker partners;
Participate, design, and lead meetings and technical training with broker partners and/or customers;
Participate in new product development initiatives.
Qualifications
Young professional eager to learn and passionate about working in a dynamic international environment;
Team player with an open and positive mindset;
Interest in data science, customer relations and innovation;
Excelled in previous work or internship experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, and possesses strong analytical skills;
Graduated or soon to be graduated, preferably within Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Sales Administration, Natural Sciences or a comparable course of study (international degree is an advantage).
