Your Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve Intercom's intern and graduate hiring programmes end-to-end;
* Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to shape early-career hiring strategies, workforce planning, and long-term talent pipelines;
* Dig into data insights to evaluate programme performance, identify gaps, continuously improve hiring outcomes efficiency candidate experience;
The Ideal Candidate for This Role
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in early careers campus or university recruiting hands-on ownership of intern & graduate hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong ability attract engage early-career engineering talent through university partnerships events programmes targeted outreach solid understanding of the early- careers technical hire landscape particularly Ireland exceptional communication relationship-building skills data-driven analytical problem-solving abilities proactive growth-oriented mindset passion building iterating scaling high-quality inclusive experiences across diverse stakeholders.
