Job Role
The primary objective of this Sales Advisor position is to drive sales of Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business.
* Resolve customer queries in a timely manner and refer unresolved/technical queries to relevant personnel.
* Ensure adherence to established systems and procedures.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge and information of the Company's commercial product range and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with colleagues within the Sales Office and participate in various office tasks which may include attending market events.
* Provide relief to other Sales Offices in the region as required.
* Develop mutually beneficial working relationships with the local FBD Life and Pension Financial Advisor to enhance overall service delivery to customers.
* Participate in account management initiatives for Commercial and Agri business.
* Contribute to on-going renewal follow ups/revisions; identify sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements as appropriate.
* Assist customers at the initial notification of claims stage in line with company procedures.
* Manage individual outstanding debit/premium collections.
