Scope of the Role:
The successful candidate will become an integral part of our expanding Digital Transformation Team at Mercury. This position is situated at our Sandyford Head Office. As a member of our Group's Digital Transformation department, your role will involve all Admin related tasks within our Autodesk Platforms to better support our operations teams.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals to acquire invaluable expertise in this continuously evolving and essential field, which is crucial for the construction industry and group operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Autodesk BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
* Assigning required licenses to all users of our Autodesk account.
* Controlling all licenses and making users inactive where applicable.
* Creating all group level Companies in line with group & project expectations.
* Creating and setting up all projects within our Autodesk Account.
* Archiving Projects in lie with group expectations.
* Assist with all Autodesk email tickets and provide prompt response to originators.
* Be the central point of contact for the creation and maintenance of all checklists & forms across the environment (Commissioning, Quality & EHS).
* Assist all project teams to formally set up, Commissioning, Quality & EHS environments.
* Assistance with day-to-day activities, helping develop SOP's, training, Document creation etc.
Essential Criteria for the Role:
* BIM360 & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience.
* PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication skills.
* Works well as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience with audits.
* Document management experience.
* Experience in the construction or engineering industry
