 
        
        We are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Operations Lead to join our team in Greystones, Wicklow.
This is a full-time permanent position with a guaranteed Monday to Friday schedule and occasional on-call duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two residential services supporting young people based in Greystones, Wicklow.
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
 * Hold a QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent qualification.
 * Have a management qualification in Health/Social Care or be in the process of obtaining it.
 * Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in supervisory/management capacity.
 * Be able to make sound judgments and decisions based on current legislation, best practice, and individual circumstances.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards, relevant legislation, and experience in strategic and local change management.
A clean driving license and access to a car are also required for this role.

 * Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of young people in our care.
 * Staff Development and Support: Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities for staff members.
Requirements:
