Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving key projects from inception to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading project planning sessions
2. Ensuring there is high-quality work being performed on site
3. Coordinating staff and internal resources
4. Managing project progress and adapting work as required
5. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects and management
6. Ensuring projects meet deadlines
7. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
8. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
9. Designing risk mitigation plans
10. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
What you'll need to succeed
11. Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction. - Developer or residential building experience is preferred
12. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
13. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
14. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
15. Proficiency in project management software
16. Bachelor's degree in a Construction related field
17. Ability to manage all aspects of the development from an office and site perspective
