An exciting new opening has arisen for a Team leader within the off-street parking team in Southern Ireland, with offices based in Cork City.
A friendly, organised person would be well suited to help with the smooth running of operations.
You will be responsible for reporting parking violations, vehicle maintenance of the fleet, maintaining and improving over all performance and development of the existing team.

Your day to day duties will include: • Managing the activity of the off-street mobile patrol team while motivating and leading the team • Reporting and rostering • Parking enforcement • Working with Management to deliver best practice and uniform service to Customers and Clients • Drive corrective action where service levels are not being met • Monitor KPI targets across all operations and maintain standards of performance • Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers and clients • Responsibility for your team, including recruitment, retention, training, performance evaluation and continued development Is this role for me?

There are some specific skills and experience the right candidate will have: • Experience of leading or managing a team within a busy environment • A passion for providing great customer service • Attention to detail with strong leadership skills • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as part of a team • Experience of Client interaction and delivering to their requirements and SLA's • Experience working within the Parking Industry would be very beneficial but not essential So, could this be the right role for you?
