As the business continues to strengthen its position and improve the customer experience, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Account Manager. This role will focus on developing and managing Critical Power projects, driving incremental sales with new and existing customers, and building strong consultative relationships with key accounts. Working closely with project and sales teams, you will interpret customer requirements, create tailored solutions, and lead new opportunities across the company’s Critical Power products and services.PackageSalary: €60,000 - €65,000 per annum, with flexibility for an exceptional candidateCompany Sales bonus - 1% on all revenue generated (capped at 40% of salary)Working hours: 42.5 hours per weekCompany car or car allowance: €6,000 per annumGenerous holiday allowance, with the opportunity to buy and sell annual leaveLife assuranceCompany pension schemeEmployee recognition awardsPrivate medical insuranceOpportunity to join a highly successful, market-leading organisation with excellent career development supportResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Critical Power projects across Ireland, identifying opportunities to grow revenue with new and existing customers.Act as the key client lead for strategic sales opportunities, building consultative relationships with customers and partners.Manage key Critical Power accounts, ensuring customer requirements are understood and translated into effective solutions.Work closely with project and sales teams to create profitable, competitive proposals for medium- and large-scale projects.Identify key business drivers and customer objectives, positioning the company’s products and services to add clear value.Generate and lead new business opportunities across the company’s Critical Power offering.RequirementsProven high-level sales or key account management experience, ideally within power, hire, facilities management, or a related technical sector.Strong understanding of critical resilience applications across the power and hire sectors.Confident working independently, with a self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed approach.Strong leadership skills, with some management experience preferred.Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.Good problem-solving skills, with a logical and commercially aware approach.Strong understanding of client expectations, service delivery standards, and the commercial impact of failure or downtime.Health and safety knowledge, including an understanding of electrical safety rules.Ability to prioritise workload, manage tasks effectively, make decisions, and take direction when required.Good computing skills and confidence using systems to support sales activity and account management.
