Northside Community Enterprises (NCE) is recruiting a dynamic Childcare Service Manager to work closely with the CEO, Head of Childcare Services and Financial Controller on the setup and launch of our Little Hands Childcare and Early Learning Centre in Churchfield, which will open on a phased basis in ****.
Responsibilities
Lead all pre-opening preparations and compliance requirements
Recruit, mentor, and manage early years staff
Oversee enrolment, parent engagement, and community outreach
Ensure high-quality, safe, compliant daily operations
Uphold Aistear, Síolta, and best-practice standards
Work closely with NCE leadership on planning, budgets and reporting
Qualifications
Minimum QQI Level 7 in Early Childhood Care & Education
3+ years in a supervisory/management early years role
Strong knowledge of Tusla regulations and quality frameworks
Leadership, organisation, and communication excellence
