About the Role Were seeking acustomer-focused and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Customer Support Coordinator to join our award-winning team. This isnot a typical warehouse position its across-functional role that connects closely with both our Salesfloor and Warehouse teams, along with our E-Commerce Team. Youll play a vital part in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience, whether thats through preparing accurate orders, resolving queries with care, or helping the Salesfloor team deliver top-tier service. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or online channels in a friendly, professional, and solutions-focused way. Order Accuracy & Efficiency: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care, ensuring each one meets our quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Salesfloor, Warehouse and E-Commerce teams to ensure smooth communication and timely order fulfilment. Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline day-to-day operations. Inventory Support: Conduct stock checks, restock shelves, and support regular inventory audits. Operational Excellence: Maintain a tidy, safe workspace and uphold Arboretums high standards of quality and sustainability.
