Job Description
We are seeking an apprentice plumber to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling maintenance requests for our residential property portfolio in Dublin. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will be working alongside our qualified plumber.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests related to plumbing issues in residential properties.
* Diagnose and repair plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and installations.
* Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties.
* Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule maintenance appointments.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
* RGI preferred but not essential
* Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a residential maintenance setting.
* Valid plumbing license and certification.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
* Valid driver's license.
* Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
