Job Description
The Team Lead, Analytical Laboratory will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities involved in running an efficient and effective analytical laboratory. This includes scheduling testing and releasing products from the laboratory upon completion of testing.
The Team Lead will provide technical and problem-solving support to the team as required. They will also ensure that the laboratory adheres to regulatory requirements, including CFR21 Part 11, and qualifies new equipment.
In addition, the Team Lead will maintain acceptable work standards, ensuring safety, environmental, and cGMP housekeeping, among other things. They will review and approve laboratory investigations and CAPAs in a timely manner.
The Team Lead will also identify training gaps within the team and take necessary measures to close these gaps, documenting the training as per company procedures.
Furthermore, the Team Lead will ensure that all laboratory documentation is up-to-date and delegate tasks to team members as needed.
