As a trusted advisor to clients, you will provide technical and business guidance on environmental issues. This includes due diligence, site investigation and remediation programs for contaminated media, real estate and brownfield redevelopment, hazardous waste sites, and air quality and compliance issues.
The successful candidate will manage projects, clients, staff, and navigate regulatory agency relations. They must also demonstrate an ability to generate and maintain a volume of business sufficient to support the growth of their practice.
Typically, professionals in this role generate enough business to support 2-3 full-time staff and support clients through the entire project life cycle.
This role involves identifying and pursuing business development opportunities and building client relationships. It also involves critically and strategically reviewing and interpreting project needs, applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations, and communicating findings.
Serving as a role model to ensure the health, safety, and security of team members is key to this role.
