Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for restructuring assignments to include planning and executing strategies for liquidations, receiverships, SCARPs and examinership assignments
* Advising clients on restructuring, insolvency and general business or operational challenges and resolving problems as they arise
* Liaising with legal advisors, property advisors, project managers, architects and other professionals and business providers
* Working with clients to ensure delivery of strategies
* Preparation of reports for clients
* Ensuring projects and cases are completed within appropriate timeframe and budget
* Coaching and mentoring trainees within team
* Other ad hoc department issues when required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or other relevant qualification
* Have strong technical knowledge of formal restructuring processes
* Have experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients
* IT skills; must have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Driven with the ability to use own initiative
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Excellent interpersonal skills
