Overview
We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead a busy community pharmacy in Lucan, Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to manage all dispensary operations while delivering excellent patient care and leading a dedicated pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the dispensary
Ensure adherence to all pharmacy legislation, ethics, and PSI codes of practice
Deliver outstanding customer service and medicines management
Liaise with healthcare professionals and manage PCRS claims
Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring operational excellence
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Pharmacist
Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Business acumen with experience in stock and budget management
