French Speaking Growth Strategist
Location: Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid
Base Salary: ~€65, + attractive OTE & benefits
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SaaS sales professional to join a fast-growing, global technology company. In this role you'll run the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through demos and closing—helping ecommerce and retail brands unlock the power of data-driven marketing.
What You'll Do
1. Build and grow a strong client base across the EMEA region.
2. Manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed quota.
3. Deliver engaging product demos via phone and webinar.
4. Share best practices and mentor newer team members.
5. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure long-term customer success.
6. Explore and apply AI tools to work smarter and focus on high-impact activities.
What We're Looking For
7. 2+ years' full-cycle sales experience with a track record of exceeding net-new revenue targets, ideally in MarTech SaaS.
8. Proven success selling to founders, business owners, or marketing leaders in ecommerce, retail, or consumer brands.
9. Comfortable in a high-volume, high-velocity environment with multiple stakeholders.
10. Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
11. Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by achieving and surpassing goals.
12. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative mindset.
13. Fully authorised to work in Ireland.
